With big house come big responsibilities...

It's been a few days since we moved all of our stuff from the condo to the new house. And let me tell you it still feels a little unreal. It's hard for me to picture this big house as my new home yet. That can simply be because the whole house is full of boxes and is a complete mess...

We are technically still in process of unpacking and sorting things out. And that means boxes full of stuff, cleaning and painting supplies are scattered everywhere. My morning routine takes forever because it takes me a while to locate my shoes, clothes and other daily necessities.

I realize that it will take us a while to unpack, settle in, paint, and make this big house into our new home. Basically I've come to a conclusion that with big house come big responsibilities because with every room there is more cleaning, more unpacking, more homemaking. While I don't mind the process, I'm a little anxious to get it all done and sorted out so I can start living in my new home instead of cleaning my new house.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to all the little and big projects that we have coming our way!
